Our core work. We build the proposal — from concept and consortium logic to the finished document: excellence and impact sections, the full work plan, Gantt and PERT, risk register, and a budget that holds together. Either the whole submission, or the specific parts a coordinator cannot cover.

FIXYZ is an independent consultancy for EU and national research funding, founded and led by Dr Filip Jurić, a researcher at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb.
The track record above was built over the last decade inside a university consortium partner — writing the proposals, then managing the projects that came out of them, then leading the work packages nobody else wanted. FIXYZ exists so that experience is available to consortia and institutions directly, without a university's procurement timeline attached to it.
We work in English and Croatian, with working German.
